Indian Food

Indian food is different from the rest of the world not only taste, but also in the cooking methods. The food is not as easy as making a steak or grilled chicken. The right amount of spices, oil, chillies are very important for the dish to taste good. The right measurement is very important.
I am sure most of you have tasted Indian food and are aware of the variety. North, East, South and West have different foods. The dishes are completely different and the only common dish shared is rice, and the Indian breads (Naan, Roti). Now, variety is also seen in the Indian Breads. For instance, there are different types of Naans (oven-baked flatbread) which consist of : Garlic Naan, Butter Naan, Peshwari Naan, Paneer Naan (stuffed with cottage cheese). etc.
